The pre examination study for competitive examination such as IAS/PCS/PCS (J)/CLAT/IES/GATE/NET/BANK/ARMY/SSC/MED./ENGG. etc. is very expensive in India. The student from down trodden society and of weaker sections of the society is not in a position to complete for this examination for lack of financial support. Even our constitution desires that for healthy democracy decentralized system (representing all segments of society) should prevail
